Who is this mastermind for?
You might be managing people for the first time, leading projects, or simply trying to show you’re ready for more. If you're hungry to grow and lead with more clarity, trust, and courage, this is for you.
Do I need a formal title to join?
Nope. Leadership isn’t about your title, it’s about how you show up. Whether you're leading a team, a classroom, a project, or want to lead yourself better, you belong here.
What’s the format and commitment?
The mastermind runs for six months. We meet twice a month on Zoom. You’ll also complete two assessments and get reflection work between sessions. Expect 2–3 hours a month of active engagement.
What if I miss a session?
We get it, life happens. Sessions are recorded, and you’ll still get all materials and access to follow-up conversations.
Do I have access to the facilitator?
Each participant has the option to add private sessions (1:1 coaching) with Amy Nunn. You’ll also get support in between sessions through email.
Is there a refund policy?
All sales are final. This is a small, committed group, and we want to honor the space by encouraging full participation.
I’ve taken assessments before.
What makes these different?
There are many different types of DiSC assessments out there. What you will get is the Catalyst Workplace and Agile EQ. We integrate them into every session, so you actually learn how to apply what they mean in your everyday leadership.
