Emotional Agility + Leadership EQ

Focus: Mindsets, adaptability, and pressure responses
Assessment: Everything DiSC® Agile EQ – for navigating emotionally charged leadership situations

What to Expect:
In this session, we’ll explore your emotional intelligence lens, how you respond to emotionally complex leadership situations, and what mindset(s) you tend to overuse or avoid. We’ll identify practical shifts to help you become more adaptable and effective when tension rises.

Session 3

Management + People Development

Focus: How you lead, motivate, and develop your team
Assessment: Everything DiSC® Management – for team leads responsible for performance and motivation

What to Expect:
This session is all about how you manage people. We’ll look at your preferences when delegating, giving feedback, and motivating others, and how to adjust based on the needs of your team members.

Session 4

Vision, Alignment & Execution

Focus: Strategic leadership, influence, and team alignment
Assessment: Everything DiSC® Work of Leaders – for executives focused on vision, alignment, and execution

What to Expect:
We’ll close your Leadership Lens™ experience by looking at how you cast vision, align your team, and drive execution. This is about moving from reactive leadership to intentional influence, without micromanaging or chasing fires.
